Gary has over 25 years of Mortgage Industry experience. He held senior executive positions where his responsibilities included Sales, Loan Operations & Servicing and Finance.

Gary was the Business Operations and Electronic Banking Services & Fulfillment Executive for Bank of America Consumer Contact Centers. Prior to joining Customer Service and Support, Gary was the National Servicing Executive for the Consumer Real Estate division within BoA where under his leadership the business consistently achieved industry leading performance metrics and was recognized as top tier by key rating agencies. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Fleet Mortgage Group.

Gary is a 1976 graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, receiving his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) status. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs and is active with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

Shyam joins Quatrro with a decade and a half experience in financial services and account management. His experience cuts across financial services, manufacturing and telecom industries. Shyam is a qualified Commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Shyam's association with the Mortgage Industry, especially mortgage off shoring, dates back to the late 1990's when he was part of GE's Captive center based out of Gurgaon. Shyam left GE to become part of the founding team at Equinox Corporation, a fully owned subsidiary of i-flex® Solutions - an Oracle Group company. Prior to joining Quatrro's Leadership team, Shyam ran operations of Equinox as its Chief Operating Officer and is acknowledged as an Industry expert specializing in mortgage processing for US Mortgage banks.

Shyam has also worked for Motorola & GE Capital where he managed the various offshore transition and operations processes. He has successfully migrated various financial services processes from the US to various offshore centers in India.

An innovative mortgage industry professional whose background spans business development, operations and risk management, Brian Woodbury is responsible for helping clients uncover new business potential by outsourcing.

Brian is the former managing partner for Benalty Consulting, a consulting company that worked with a private equity firm focused on mortgage and financial services. From 1997 to 2007, he held various positions with GMAC Residential Funding Corp., including Managing Director of Asset Acquisition, Director of Loan Acquisition and Director of Internal Risk Management. He has also worked for Cargill Financial Services, Travelers Express Company and TCF Bank.

Brian holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of St. Thomas and an undergraduate degree in finance from Iowa State University.
